EXPORT OrderPro: Order reports

This app has been a lifesaver since we've been doing Ecommerce. We have been using this app for the last few years across all of our stores. Recently we built a new store for a different brand and the freight carrier needed for us to import information in a specific way. Not only did this app made it easy for us to export orders to match the criteria, Menelaos went above and beyond to add some customizations to it so we will minimize our risk of error. We have saved hours each day and potential errors from this app. Over the few years Menelaos has always been open for feedback and always improving his app and products base on his customers feedback. I believe he has the best app for exporting information from Shopify because its simple, easy to use, and he is always making changes that the customers like us need...and he does it FAST. I have a very in-depth integration with a custom product builder app and was needing to be able to easily export all the custom order details to pass to my manufacturer. This app is a great solution for me and exactly what I needed. Not only that, but their team worked with me to add custom columns and customize the cells to remove some info I didnt need to export. Excellent customer service, will definitely keep using them!

Normalmente funciona bien, pero hoy día 19 de Julio de 2023 no esta funcionando, la pagina para seleccionar los pedidos sale en blanco y no te deja ver los pedidos para seleccionarlos, el soporte nunca contesta. Así es dificil para poder sacar los envios a diario.

Very useful report with images and tag filtering - features Shopify reports don't provide. Also, the very friendly and quick customer service was able to add a new filter I was looking for.

This is the best app. It is essential to have this for your store. The app is very easy to customize and you can get all the information you need that you can't get with Shopify reports. It is a must have. I also had a question regarding the app and the developer replied very quickly and was very helpful. I recommend that everyone downloads this app.

I like it but only need it occasionally. This subscription model is a pain because it makes you pay monthly for something you might only need to use once every blue moon. The app itself is good but sadly, I have to delete it and download it again only when I need it. That part sucks.
