The app introduced a new free plan. We haven't changed much of our plan in the last 12 months. There was no change in the Shopify app activity. Please contact us if your account has any issues so we can help.

Unfortunately, the app isn't working anymore on one of one of my websites. They have no chat to help you. I have an error 404 for 3 days, and they don't care at all.

After a great deal of time and effort it does the job. However, don't count on any support because there is none. Emailed twice in the last several days. No reply.
