Our experience has been great with Extend. The team is responsive and works closely with our developers on integrations and setup. The only reason that I gave Extend 4 stars is that the process for servicing has been a bit all over the place, that is because we require our products to be only serviced at our servicing locations which adds a layer of complexity to the flow. Or customers have a lot more peace of mind purchasing now that they know they are covered for longer than our 1 year warranty.
In our niche kiln industry, personalized solutions are essential, and Extend has proven to excel in this aspect. Implementing their protection plans has greatly enhanced our offerings and customer satisfaction. I highly recommend their services.

Extend has proven to be an efficient way to boost revenue and drive trust among consumers. After a simple setup and requires little to no attention. We did a lot of shopping around for extended warranty partners and glad we picked Extend!
