I worked with CEDCOMMERCE for few platforms, but I recently had the pleasure of working with the support team for the Facebook & Instagram Shopping app on Shopify. I was extremely impressed with the level of patience and comprehensive assistance provided by the team member I worked with even during late hours.
Suryansh Singh Chauhan onboarded me onto the app. He was extremely helpful, patient and very professional. I was having a slight issue with getting some of my products to upload onto Tiktok shop. The support desk resolved the issue, a Big thank you to Prabhjot for excellent assistance! The support team is truly amazing!
