So glad we found this app! Now, when customers have questions, we have a huge database of easy-to-find answers ready and waiting. I'm sure it will ease our customer support burden, provide a pleasing customer experience and boost sales. From a single keyword, customers can find the answer, click on a link then head to checkout (much better than filling in a contact form and waiting for answer).

I absolutely hate apps that are confusing to use and not straight forward. This app on the other hand, is VERY STRAIGHTFORWARD. It is user-friendly, AND the results are not disappointing. Other apps make it so confusing to create a basic Q/A drop down + color customizations, but this one was easy and I made my FAQ page within 15 minutes. Loved it. Totally recommend it.
Great app that helped us to modify the FAQ page by ourselves exactly how we wanted. Also customer service was excellent, replied to our msg very fast and helped us when we needed support. Thank you

This app was the go to when i was told my FAQ app was going to be discontinued. It is definitely better than the one i was using. Customization, user friendly options and easy to use editor make this one of the very best. Just wanted to say thankyou for this excellent FAQ ap. I wanted to add a clear FAQ in a style of an accordion that makes it easy for customers to open up that area and it does also help build some trust with my customers. Also thanks for the super quick support from Brushan.
