Fastr: SMS & Email Marketing

Don't waste your time using this app, the supposed recovery emails goes directly to spam folder, they are sending them from info[at]chkt.me and has been reported as spam several times, so it goes directly into the spam folder so you are using a service that basically it cost money and it doesn't work.

We love FASTR! We have been using for abandoned cart recovery for a while now and it is easy to use. The staff is also great. Arthur is super helpful and quick with responding. My only feedback is that you can't add pictures to the texts to help with advertising.

The app fees should be more transparent and customer service could be trained better to deal with payment issues. Had to contact Shopify, then file a report to my bank. The app sorted the refund at the end.

good customer service but the app needs to provide more transparency by providing proper data about how many SMS being sent to which country and how much i got charged. I have discussed all this with David, noted all the stuff and promised to make improvements to it.

App has been brilliant so far and has generated sales in the first few hours. Had a minor issue due to shopify changes but was rectified quickly by David, I allowed him access to myshop and he sorted it all for me within an hour of messaging for help. Which makes life easier. Look forward to using the app more and confident in the customer service

Very impressed with this app. Has worked wonders for our company. Customer service is great and normally answer immediately. Special mention to David who helped with the setup and filling me in on all the steps to get us up and running.

App uninstalled but still campaigns remain active!!

David had Quick response time and took care of my issue ASAP.

The App is easy to set up, looks user friendly and Alex was on hand to support from the beginning.
