I like the app but it's conflicting with our promotions. If we don't have promotions then I will turn it on. We feel that our customers will get confused if they see 2 promotions. Since ReConvert Upsell & Cross Sell is post sales, that works well for us. This will persuade them to buy more. Thank you.

Customer Service was excellent - really quick to respond and assist within the app chat box.
It would be good if the email could be editing to be more in line with store branding.

The support team is very quick in responding to questions. Their answers are very concise and helped me with the troubles I had. Overall, the app looks good and I hope it converts well. One thing I would like to have seen is the ability to customize the emails a lot more. Like adding additional products an such.
