I didn't think abandoned cart recovery emails can make so much extra revenue. I launched it and got 3 sales in one day just from the abandoned cart email! I'm going to set up the same with SMS and see how it goes, however I don't think SMS is going to work XD

I really wanted to like this app, because I have used another app from this company that works well, but this one caused my store many problems. It seemed to have conflicts with other apps in my store and also the FB messenger apps never showed up properly. I tried to get support to fix it, but there were still problems, even after they told me everything was ok. Anyway, I couldn't leave my store in a half-functioning state for much longer, so I just ended up deleting the app. Maybe I will try it again in the future when the bugs have been worked out.

We supported FB messenger completely until the recent update from Facebook that is blocking some of the features (you can find it at all the Facebook marketing apps out there). There is nothing we can do about it at the moment (this is not a code issue from our side). We're actively looking for a solution and in contact with Facebook to try and solve this ASAP.

Cool idea to have all cart recovery automation in 1 place. I asked for a small feature to add and they added it within a day (I needed to edit the logo in the abandoned cart recovery email)... impressed with the support team. so far the SMS abandoned cart abandonment sequence is performing the best. a few features are still missing but it seems like they're building them fast :)

I had to uninstall it because of the impossibility to customize the body email´s text..., once you send the email, it shows small, boring and practically unreadable in mobile phones.... The app looks great but with the big effort we need to accomplish in order to obtain an abandoned cart, we have to had all the tools to claim attention of potential customers in our emails, with fonts, colours, syzes, allignments, images, etc... If this company solve this, this app will be great, but at this time I have to uninstall it.

The customer service for this app has been super helpful! Lee-ann has gone over and above what I would expect based on the service I've received from other companies' apps I have used on my Shopify store. Very proactive in their approach to customer service.

it's super easy to set up, very intuitive and very powerful (especially for SMS). Customer support is very responsive, which makes a big difference compared to the competition. I'd like to thank David, who has great tips and is very pleasant!
