I needed this app because we ship with dry ice and this app covers that! Everything wasn't working seamlessly right away, but support was very helpful and prompt at answering my questions and working through any issues.
Great app - simplifies fulfillment process. Support team is always available to help and is prompt in turning around solutions.
This app has been working well for us since installation about 6 months ago. The support has been great, they helped me troubleshoot some issues that I couldn't sort out with tricky commercial vs. residential addresses and the services that we had setup to use.

Great app! Works exactly as expected and needed! Offers the feature to tag certain products as alcohol so that the correct FedEx label is printed - the "requires adult signature" label. This is a crucial feature for our business. Customer Service was excellent - very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!
