I LOVE this app!! Best thing I could have added to my store. It was super easy to install and I loved the auto set up based on their recommendation, which was more than fine for me as a new store owner.
The live dashboard is awesome.. I'm slightly addicted to it. The social aspect is also great. I believe it was really instrumental in selling a dress that hadn't been getting much traction. So happy with this app. Do yourself a favor and get it now!

An amazing app. I love the social proof use, and it has definitely gained me more sales! Would recommend it to everyone, I've tried a lot of other apps, and always come back to this one!
With just a couple of hours using it, my experience so far has been great. They have a really good UX and widgets are pretty cool
I have just downloaded Fera and already I am impressed with the capabilities of this platform! I can set up automated emails, design them and offer a discount for submitting the review. The Fera team is very accessible via chat, email or phone. Their customer service is exceptional. Jay was excellent with an inquiry I had. Sometimes technology can be buggy, but he had a remedy for me before I knew there was a problem! There is a reason this company has so many 5 star reviews! I may not have had this app very long, but you don't need to to see it is the best. Stay tuned for more reviews as my journey continues!
this is like two apps in one - i've been using a number of different apps to achieve the same thing that this one does for a fraction of the cost. love!
