Finding a good product reviews app that synced with Smile.io has been on my list for awhile. I tested out a few of them and Fera easily stood out as the EASIEST product review app to implement. The backend is beautiful and intuitive and it take seconds to get widgets up and running. They also have novel features such as social proof (usually has to be a separate app) built in as well as shopper journeys -- very cool! They are also reasonably priced and i appreciate that they don't break their tiers up my number of orders since I'm a sub box and my orders are extremely variable depending on the month. I'm excited to set fully set up with Fera!

I have tested a few product review applications but Fera is the keeper! Exactly what I was after - it provides intuitive interface, enables you the customisation of review requests (alongside the automated options), and a fantastic customer service! Kemi and Holden are absolute stars - they customised the widgets in line with my store theme in no time. You have a very happy customer so far!

Just downloaded. So far so good, easy to use and set up. Also very easy to get help through the chat.
i would recommend this app it is amazing .... although I am paying quite a bit so to have reviews go on automatically if I don't allow them is annoying, as I have had an uptight review from a customer who expected something free as I do buy one get one free on some items, the item was not and she tried to leave a one star even though she liked what I had made , so that isn't fair as the job done and what I had made her was beautiful. But thank you I do love this app my darlings and the fee is worth it x
