Great app. Easy to use. Good support. I've integrated it across several sites because of the success I've had with it. Look forward to it integrating into Klayvio.
App works well. Customer service is good. Might be better if the automatic titles didn't come up for reviewers as the same ones come up too often making the reviews look a little false. Eg. Excellent! Highly recommended! Fantastic! Would be best if reviewers had to fill in their own headings.

I love this app. I have used it to elicit reviews from customers very easily. I used to send Klayvio emails but they didnt respond to them. Fera makes it easy to write reviews directly from the email. Additonally the customer support is AMAZING, they answer immediately. Very easy to use and integrate. Holden is particularly helpful. This is by far the best reviews app on Shopify, I have tried almost all the apps available and none of them compare
I am really loving this App. Love checking customer journeys, they show me what a customer has been looking at and what is popular. I can also see that customers are checking the reviews on our website. I am sure this is contributing to sales.
