Fera Product Reviews App

This is a great, the simplicity is what got me hooked to using their service. I use it mainly for the reviews but they have so many option. Really worth checking them out

The customer service at Fera via the chat feature is consistently prompt, pleasant, and super helpful. I also like that they have a few of the same customer service agents who regularly respond to messages. I've been impressed with the knowledge and resourcefulness.

Loving this app so far and I've only just installed it. It is giving me real time information that I haven't seen before. Seeing customers journeys on my site has been great.

Boost sales by showing actions from other customers also interested in the product your customer is looking at.

I used the app to ensure that i could get good social proofing but also reviews. I think it is really good and the design and user experience is great as well. I always tell my clients to use Fera. I cannot wait to see mroe features.

So far this app has performed amazingly! The only thing I wish it would sync reviews from the Shop app as they can't be turned off, but it surprisingly worked with our old theme, and was very easy to install and get up and running. Easy to follow directions, synced them to Google Shopping, reviews are flowing in from customers, 5/5.
