I used this app to give me that extra boost I needed for my website, I didn't really like how few options I had with the app
I enjoy the detailed responses from the Fera customer service agents when I need help. They go beyond and above to assist me with even unrelated problems. I am so happy to work with this App because buyers reviews are very important to my business. I am able to send messages to remind buyers to leave reviews. This feature is automatic and is awesome to have.
Banana Stand is always open on my desktop. Great to picture where the users are coming from around the globe and amazing feature to create sense of urgency and social proof.

Really good for adding social proof and urgency. It's easy to customise so you can place it wherever you like and you can change how it looks to fit in with the theme of your site.
