I am super impressed with Fera. I needed help with a configuration issue. Fera responded within a few minutes and had fixed the issue. Their support team is super.
Love this app! Super easy set up and something I really needed to improve my customer experience! Appreciate that customers can upload photos and videos as well.
The team is amazing and continues to try and improve the app. See some recommendations pop into the app recently which made me happy that they are listening to us, and not just telling us what to do.
This app is very minimalistic and very easy to use. You can easily add and requests reviews from customers. The previous one never worked when my customers gave reviews. I love it so much .I highly recommend it.
