Excellent translation capabilities for non-English stores. Customer support is fast & very helpful.
On the free plan, the number of automatic review requests is low at 10. Other than that, an excellent app.

The tool is very flexible with lots of useful controls that can be used in many parts of the website. I was able to import my reviews from other platforms in a very easy way. Finally, the support on this app is first class. Holden helped fix some issues in a very quick and professional way.
I just started using fera not too long ago and I am pleasantly surprised how easy the UI is to use. The team is also very helpful and will answer your questions and requests in a timely manner.
I absolutely love this app. It is quite straightforward to use but if I get stuck I always reach out to their support and they are so quick and efficient to reply. I have been using this app from a long time now and have never had complains.
