Simple to integrate, love the automatic campaign email, it was my first purchase for a plugin. I chose the lowest payment plan - $9, which can literally be covered for me by one order. Credibility and trust go a long way! Definitely seems worth it!
I installed it for the 30-day free trial to test it out - it DEFINITELY worth the money. Not only that all these features give my customers lot of confidence and make my shop look better, the customer service is ON POINT. They responded in less than 2 minutes on a Friday night 10 pm. I use this app with smile.io and it is amazing. Love the points system, its only been 2 days but we have already gotten 10 orders from the combo of these apps, excited for the reviews to roll in
I've installed multiple review widgets, and this one is by far the easiest to use. I started on etsy and am slowly moving over to Shopify and importing my reviews has been extremely difficult. I still have to add them one by one, but the interface of Fera is very user friendly and super easy to use. Highly recommend
I'm so glad to have found this app - the customer service is absolutely incredible, you actually get a human to answer ANY queries and if you're struggling with something, they send a step by step video of how to resolve these. Super impressed
I love the designs and the little animations while working inside the app/widgets too! The free option is great too!
User Friendly and affordable. I would like to be able to customise my email without code. This would be a great feature to add.
