We have looked everywhere to try and find what "view customer journey" means.
We found this very easy to set up and use. Our customers appreciate the small discount on future orders in exchange for an honest review. especially in an industry where you do not see any types of sales or discounts. The 5% we give more then pays for the vote of confidence to other shoppers. We have only had it a few months and this is one app we will keep!

The best review app on the store, it was very easy to set up and importing reviews from the other review app I had was instant, I needed a little help from the support and the fact I could chat with them and it was done within 10 minutes is unheard of. Fantastic app and service and I highly recommend it.
