Fera Product Reviews App

We've been using Fera on our Shopify store and absolutely love it! The app works flawlessly and has been a fantastic addition to our setup. It's incredibly easy to use, and the interface looks clean and very professional. We've seen a real difference in how our store presents itself to customers. Highly recommend it to anyone looking to enhance their online store!

DO NOT RECOMMEND, use judge.me reviews instead. I’ve been using this app for 4 years, but I’ve now decided to switch to a more affordable alternative. After canceling my plan, I was immediately locked out of the app — even though I had already paid for the current billing cycle and should still have access until it ends. This feels unfair and unprofessional. If I paid for the service, I should be able to use it until the period I paid for expires. Very disappointing experience after years of loyalty.

Great experience with Fera. Have been using this for a few years and it has been seamless and very effective. Special shout out for the live Support which has been amazing! Would highly recommend this.

Fera is an outstanding reviews app that has truly elevated our customer feedback experience. Their platform is user-friendly, packed with powerful features, and seamlessly integrates with our store. But what really sets them apart is their exceptional customer service.

Approving reviews before they post, replying, and auto AI are used by us across our 3 shopify stores, depending on which store it is. Nice features, great app, great price.

The only review app that will not let you download the reviews from your own shop within minutes. You have to wait several hours (more than 12 in our case - and still waiting) because Fera wants to check and find out why you want to download your own reviews! Too much control and weirdness. We're going elsewhere.

Very straightforward and affordable app. Easy to setup. Support has been great. We are still looking to boost review activity from customers but so far so good.

I used Fera's free plan for a long time and was quite satisfied — until they suddenly canceled the free version. They removed access to the plan and deleted all my reviews and completely reset my account, as if I had never used the platform.

This kind of treatment is extremely disappointing. I lost valuable customer feedback and trust in the service. I do not recommend relying on Fera if you value stability and transparency.

We went through a lot of review apps to find the right one after Shopify for some reason decided to terminate their perfectly functioning, free, review app. Still frustrates me to think about it. For my situation, I needed a review app that would let me just have one batch of reviews that show up the same on every page. Should have been easy, but it wasn't. Fera allowed it though and for a very reasonable 7 bucks a month. I wanted to get it dialed perfectly so I was able to work with Holden for days and he was so extremely helpful and ended up handling quite a few of my busy work tasks with Excel. Super cool. Appreciate that, Holden. Thanks again. This is how apps should all be run. I don't think you'll go wrong with Fera.
