Great app, but even better Customer Support
The app itself is a great app. You have the freedom to basically design your emails and sms anyway you wish but the most attractive part about the product wasn't the app but the stellar customer service blew me away. On just a free plan, the customer service I was given was amazing. David was incredibly kind, responsive and helpful, fixing my issues quickly and even educating me when I asked. He always offered to fix my errors for me even before I had the chance to ask him. Usually, I don't leave reviews but the customer support alone made me write a review.

Amazing app! Firstly, I'm impressed with their supportiveness. I had some difficulties setting up the email flow and live chat. After speaking to them through Google Meet, now I can use this app smoothly. Secondly, the app is so useful. I'm happy that I found Flowio. Email/SMS marketing, pop up, live chat, all in one app. By using Flowio, I don't have to install so many apps as I thought at first. I also love the way they offer free plan, 1500 impressions and 1000 emails per month, that's fantastic. I look forward to using the paid plan in the near future. Thank you for this great app!

Sản phẩm hiển thị tốt trên cả mobile và desktop. Đội tư vấn nhiệt tình và rất hiểu sản phẩm, xử lý câu hỏi rất nhanh. Sẽ dùng lâu dài!
