We use form builder for job applications along with contest entry forms.
We really appreciate just how much we can customize each field to meet the needs of any specific form.
The ability to export submissions to csv is a great additional feature.

I don't often update a 5 star review, but this app deserves it. We've been using it since the day they launched and are so impressed with the features that have been added over the years. The customer service has always been top notch. I especially like the ability to create Shopify customers with fields linked to select Shopify fields (including accepts marketing!) Exporting the data is easy. I can't say enough good things!

Hulk Form Builder is easy to use and the support is wonderful! I submitted a ticket when I was having trouble with a form integrating with Klaviyo. Eldin and the team jumped in very quickly to help and figured out the issue for me within 24 hours (it was my own error, no fault of the app). I was pleasantly surprised at the level of service. Highly recommend.

An amazing experience with the app and the customer service, even the pro plans have much more to offer for the new start-up, it has taken a lot of heavy load off my shoulders.
