Outstanding and friendly customer service! This app does exactly what it's supposed to do, and it does so in a very user-friendly manner. I also really appreciate how helpful and responsive their customer service team has been throughout my experience. They always go above and beyond to assist with any questions or issues I have. Best form builder app
Good, simple app. Easy to set up and manage. I had a question about getting notifications anytime a form is submitted so I reached out to support through the live chat and got a clear answer with screenshotted instructions in less than 3 minutes.
Perfect customer service
Today, I wanted to search for a form that can be used in Shopify for customers to fill in, I searched a few times and found that there are three versions of “Hulk Form Builder”, due to the limited amount of money provided by my boss, I chose to use the free version, I found that it meets my needs, but due to my limited experience, I couldn't use it properly, then Vatsal came to me like an angel, he showed me how to do it step by step like he was teaching a child. I found it meets my need, but due to my limited experience, I couldn't use it correctly, then Vatsal descended like an angel, he showed me how to do it step by step like he was teaching a child, and in the end, he did it all, I am very thankful to Vatsal, and I am sure that I will continue to use “Hulk Form Builder” in the future, thank you again!
