Sadly, the Google Sheets integration, which I paid $20 for, does not work automatically. I need to use Zapier for it to publish every single time I receive a submission.
Wasted a lot of time setting it up to end up having to use another app.

Unreliable and costly to our business - avoid this app!

This app came highly recommended by our tech consultant, so we trusted it for our customer communication needs. Unfortunately, we only discovered that form submissions weren’t being delivered after customers began calling to ask why their emails had gone unanswered. Upon investigation, we first thought the issue had been going on for at only six months - but a deeper dive into years of form submissions revealed it had been happening the entire time we’ve used this app, since 2023.

To make matters worse, the failures were intermittent, which made the issue especially difficult to notice at first. Some submissions would go through while others wouldn’t, giving the false impression that everything was working as expected.

This breakdown in communication severely impacted our ability to serve customers and cost us valuable time and trust. We reported the issue through our consultant, and Hulk refunded us for one year of service. However, based on what we've now uncovered, the app has been failing from the start, and a full refund would be more appropriate.

Sadly my experience was poor as I spent an entire day building an extensive form while hitting save regularly, but when I went to get it back it had not saved at all. The Hulk customer support was excellent but they could not work out what went wrong as their own test saved perfectly. I assume from all the positive reviews that this is an excellent app but I won't be using it as I am not going to spend more time on an app which let me down the first time I used it.

Terrible customer attitude — their mail servers stopped delivering form submissions for OVER A WEEK and they never notified customers or kept us abreast of their progress. Completely broke our customer service chain and their own CS people said they should communicate better — yet nobody ever took the time to reach out. This was not the first time their mail servers went down for days. RUN to another form provider!

Very Disappointed - App stopped submitting emails re orders 16/1/25 and when we enquired they said its an issue with them and sparcpost and they are "working on it" thats now almost 2 weeks and still not working and no correspondence from the app devs on the outage - basically they seem to be keeping it quiet. Please check with them before you load the app as basically it doesnt work correctly. We are now moving to another form builder app that does work and keeps their customers updated

We've had a great experience for a while with Hulk Forms but recently we keep having days where submissions aren't sent to our email so that we aren't aware that our customers are communicating with us. We've let Hulk Forms know about this issue in the past and they've told us they're working on the issue. However too much time has elapsed on our end to really justify the risk of missing submissions to stick with them since the issue persists.

1 star is more than enough for this app. It doesn't work. Their email feautre has been down for several days and if you reach out to their support their answer is "We dont know when its back" Highly unreliable. We are trying to switch all of our forms to a different tool. Don't waste your time with this app!

Very poor service and support from the staff. Hulk form builder has been down for 2 weeks now and all i can get from their support team is we are working to fix this issue as soon as possible. This is not good enough as i am losing on business quotes and enquiries and they cannot offer me any further assistance. Very disappointing.

All I can do is reiterate what everyone else is saying: no app is perfect, and it will fail occasionally. The absolute minimum you could do is NOTIFY YOUR CUSTOMERS.

If you don’t tell us, we won’t know it’s not working. It’ll just look like a slow day in the office—we have no way of knowing that customers are submitting enquiries. Hulk’s incompetence has cost us thousands in lost sales. Pathetic, useless company.

Forms have stopped working, company are aware of the issue but haven't thought to inform Shopify stores, I can understand the issue happening, but not to let your customers know is such a poor service. We've had several complaints about not getting back to customers.
