Perfect app! Fast, easy to use and ready to set up! I needed to implement a contact form very quickly and this app helped in a few minutes.
Great app to build any form possible and easy to use. Also looks nice on your website compared to other form builder apps.

had an issue getting it to display, however live chat had it sorted within 10 minutes, now to go and try it out
Clean, efficient form builder. Can make a wide range forms for pages, products and more. Best to use on a computer. Ok on iPad. Not great on mobile (unless I’m missing something). Regardless, recommend.
Is good app not incredible, nad you need to have a liltle knowledge about code and some others things i need to complete 100 charaters
