Hi,

I wanted to follow up regarding the issue with our forms not working and all the forms are disappeared. This has been ongoing for over a week now, and although I previously reached out, the issue is still not resolved.

When customers click on the submit button, the form does not go through. As a result, we are losing potential customers, which is a serious concern for us.

We kindly request that this issue be resolved within the next 24 hours. Otherwise, we will have to switch to another app.

Buggy: after spending hours creating the form, when you visit the form page and then close it, part of the form remains stuck in the menu and on the pages you visit afterwards.

Worst app worst customer service. In US it is morning time the support says it is evening if the support is in indian time then still it is 7Pm which isnt late.

absolutely the worst support. Numerous attempts for a little help and no effort at all. Super buggy. Simple things like "after submit" goes to correctly different URL. Add to cart functionality from form, adds wrong item despite correct item being in thier app. Would definately recommend another form app.

I've had to update my feedback today. I have been in contact with Support with 30 minute now passed and NO REPONSE. Say's support is online but that is not correct.

My resent experience is that a form gets broken and that i ask for assistants, they look into it and say it working fine, i check, and guess what they fix it and say 'How funny, its working'...really come on really? I just tested it 2-3 minutes ago.

My issue is related to Customer Sign Up form... In the past 6 days i have NOT gain 1 customer sign up until I looked tested it myself.

RESULT: From a business perspective, you know what this means? Lost of customers = Lost of revenue.....

They will ask for a postive feedback, just wait and see the APP first over time and you'll change you feedback.....

Im now going to change to another APP and they will no longer recieve my money for this APP.

I'm on a paid plan and can't get support to fix my form. The form appears transparent on my site. There is no obvious way to fix it. It's been days with no updates and I have checked in everyday. Notice that most of the reviews are about the quality of support? What does that tell you about how well the app works?

The app is great - until you need support. They're not available normal working hours so each issue you encounter takes FOREVER to resolve. I have to wake up at 4AM to hopefully catch someone online - and even when the app says someone is online, they never respond. I've built a wholesale form for potential clients to fill out so that I can verify their business and approve them as a retail partner. However, my form shows up on my page with huge spaces between elements that makes the form look insane. So, I reached out to support 5 days ago, and while they said they would look into it, I still have received no support. I've been trying to chat with them this morning for the last hour with no response - even though it clearly says theyre online. This app would be great but it's probably the worst support I've experienced in my 5 years as a shopify seller.

Not worth the price. The features are too basic for professional use, and support is terrible (2/10). Better alternatives are available. Wouldn’t recommend for a serious businesses.
