Very easy to use even without pro. However, Pro does come with some features I was looking for so I may upgrade since its only about $9. Customer support was pretty helpful. Emma was able to help me with my form and answered all my questions.

this app is very good
The form builder has many usages. However, it is not user friendly if you have basic plan. I started with the Basic plan which let user to build only 1 form. That's okay if you're testing the app first. I followed the instruction to embed the form to a page and for some reason it didn't work. I had to ask customer support for help. Emma was great! Apparently there are fields like "Date" fields that are only available to "Pro" plan users but cannot be removed from the form if you have "basic" plan and it caused the embedding issue. I think that is a bug that needs to be resolved. Emma removed the date fields from her end and I was able to see the form on my page now.
The app seems great but the integration to embed to my website was not easy and had to spend more than 3 hours with a help center to tackle the issues. Emma at the help center was so patient with me and did a great job resolving the issue. Many thanks to Emma!
