Powerful Contact Form Builder

Great app for collecting submissions, in our case for a raffle connected to an offline activity. Had issues exporting submissions from one form, but with the help of the support team, especially Emma, I got my export within minuntes.

I use Powerful Form Builder for so many different things across my website now and honestly couldn’t run things the same without it. It’s helped make my business and website feel so much more professional, especially with the amount of information I need to collect from customers before and after they order.

It’s easy to use, does exactly what I need it to do, and whenever I’ve wanted to change something or couldn’t figure something out, the support has been unreal.

Emma in particular great. She’s helped me out so many times now and is always patient, quick to respond and actually takes the time to understand what I’m trying to do rather than just sending a generic answer.

Great app! We've been using it for years now. And Taylor is being so helpful on solving my issues instantly. I wish it has a functionality to automatically delete old submitted form to free up storage.

The app has doubled our inquires since we started using it a few months ago. The support I have received from Emma and Taylor has been quick and efficient allowing our business to flourish.

The UI for building the form can feel tricky at times, but once you get the hang of it, it can probably do (almost) exactly what you need.

I had quite specific niche requirements and it works great.

This is a great form app, we have been using it really happily for 2 years. But I have only needed customer support now, when bots have started to use it to register in huge amounts; Emma was fast to amend my settings, but also showed me how in case I needed to do the same on other forms. The app has all the features I need and when I have had trouble with something due to my own knowledge limitations, Taylor from support has been prompt and very helpful to figure it out. I was surprised I was talking to an actual human in the help chat and she was great. The app also has some ai assistance to create forms but I think it’s great the help chat is human because it’s easier to solve problems that way instead of going round in circles with ai
