I've used the form builder app on a couple of stores, and it works quite well. I appreciate the customization we can control with the form submissions for our own team, as well as the customization to the look of the form on the websites. Globo has been great to respond to help me sort through any issues that I have come across. Excellent app.

Works great for our business needs. Easy-to-build forms with lots of great features. We especially like the date/time pickers and the email notifications.
I just downloaded the app so I don't know how I feel about it yet. I don't like that I'm being forced to write a review without having a chance to explore app. I will update at a later date.
