Powerful Contact Form Builder

This app is awesome, and the customer service is great. I was having trouble getting the form to fit the look/design of my website and the developers fulfilled every request I made, in a timely manner, and now it looks perfect and seamless! I highly reccomend.

Extreme customer service to the highest had some slight issues at the beginning that was due to my mail settings. After reaching out to Sarah of Form Builder, she was able to walk me through the process and even join via collaboration to fix some of my settings. Thanks again for everything, Sarah.

And the support of the Globo team is very fast and accurate. It solved some problems quickly.

Before install this app, I did read some of the reviews and people are talking about how are they really appreciate with this app support team. After I installed the app I was need a huge support about some of the important topics for us. And these support theme were amazing they are fixed our problems perfectly in 1 day wow! This form builder provide lots of features/options and should fit most user case. It will be nice if ther's a field type for adding custom JS to add more logic to the form.

Very simple, intuitive app to create any type of form. I added a Request a Quote in a product page and their support team helped me add it quickly with very little coding required. Excellent helpful customer support!

I used Porwerful Form to build a simple form on the store. So easy to use and when i ran into issues, i was able to get assistance instantly. Still testing out the free plan but will definitely consider upgrading.
