App is good, customer service inexistent. I'm still waiting from few days for them to replay me back...

App is easy to use but I cannot customize font or box color. I also cannot find the code to edit it myself since it only offers a shortcode
This app has good basics, but for our purposes there are not nearly enough design customizations available.
Works well for a free app. I gave it 3 stars because they have made it difficult to change the form font sizes in CSS, and if so, should add Font Size along with Color in the appearance tweaks.
