Powerful Contact Form Builder

Been using it for a while now and overall it's friendly to newbies like me.
The only problem is that in the last few days, I suddenly couldn't receive emails from customers, but Emma, a staff member, helped me solve the problem very quickly.
Now I'm going to continue to use PCFB happily.

Support was nice and helped point me to the directions on how to fix my issues. I had some site compatibility issues with globo form that another vendor pointing out to me that was causing problems in my console.

We love this app, it is really useful. Creating forms is very easy. After creating the forms we can easily integrate the form in our shop

The form gives us the info we need from new clients. We are still learning about all the features and benefits, so far so good!

Overall like it. Just don't like when typing into the form it delays and I have to wait every time to register before I can continue typing.

When I made an inquiry, the response was quick and helpful.
It would be nice if there was a Japanese translation.

The app is pretty straightforward and easy to use, however when it comes to the specifics, the documentation definitely needs to be improved. The customer service is compensating that, always eager to help and goes the extra mile to solve the problem.

英語ができないため翻訳機能を使いながらの編集や問い合わせとなりますが、今のところ問題無く行えています。
突然問い合わせのメール転送ができなくなるエラーがこれまでに何度が生じているので少し不安は残りますが、迅速かつ親切なサポートのおかげですぐに改善されたので、今後も使用したいと思います。

このアプリのカスタマーサポート体制は素晴らしとおもいます。
システムに関しては１００%完璧なものではないので、今後のアップグレードに期待します。
