i had few issues and they was very gentele an polite and solved my issues. And this app preaty usefull and simple understendeble. I made great flat form, that working great now. Idk how many time we will use this app (bisuness owner a lot of time changing his minds), but i hope it will be good as now in future too
A great and easy to use custom form builder that has enough functionality to create our custom B2B forms. The Multi-Step tools are very simple to use. And I was surprised to have the support team answer me with a live chat late on a Monday night. There is some limited functionality in regards to Outlook Email integration, but I hope more features get added.

Fair price, works great, and support team is quick and helpful. I'd recommend this to anybody looking for contact form to replace shopify's mediocre default one.
App appears to work as expected. Had a few questions when testing it's operation and Emma was exceptional in taking care of my issues. She stayed with me while the update was performed and took care of my issue. Couldn't ask for better service.
