I would give this team one hundred stars if I could. After struggling with the unreliable Shopify forms, Globo simply saved my life. Works perfectly with Japanese and English languages. The support team is helpful and reliable. Thank you so much Globo team. I will use your app from now on.
App appears to work as expected. Had a few questions when testing it's operation and Emma was exceptional in taking care of my issues. She stayed with me while the update was performed and took care of my issue. Couldn't ask for better service.

L'application correspond parfaitement à l'annonce. L'app remplissait 90% de mes besoins, et j'ai contacté le support pour essayer de voir s'il était possible de développer des fonctionnalités supplémentaires propres à mes besoins et ainsi atteindre les 100% ! Emma a été d'une grande aide, très réactive et très arrangeante : elle a transmis mes demandes à l'équipe technique qui les a toutes réalisées en à peine une journée. En plus d'être une bonne application de base, j'ai maintenant des formulaires sur-mesure qui font exactement ce dont j'ai besoin. Encore un grand merci à Emma du support et à toute l'équipe !
We recently started using this app and so far it's been great! We had a few issues getting it up and running but customer support was great and helped us out with each issue in a timely manner.
I've tried many companies 'contact form' but they offer a lot of features at the most affordable price.
And the support of the Globo team is very fast and accurate. It solved some problems quickly.
It is a highly recommended app and will continue to be with my store.
