Downloaded the app and made the form in 5 minutes. I was surprised by the simplicity of the app. My only complaint is that the steps on how to integrate the form on the page could be better. I recommend it!

I have used lots of different forms in various websites over the years. This one is very easy to use, looks good and has great customer service. I definitely recommend it.
It works perfectñy. I used it to create several forms and all good. What I would like to be able to do is remove the watermark "Made with Form Builder Contact Form" without having to contact them to do it. (They do it if you ask them to do so)
