hi its very good, nice form building app,we can use it varius way to create contact us form,partner form etc.

The app itself is a bit glitchy in my opinion, particularly the form builder, but any problems can usually be resolved by contacting customer service. Otherwise, the app integrates with our Shopify store well and looks clean. The customer service team is prompt and knowledgeable and always manages to fix whatever's going on.

This app is very helpful for me while I am in development of an improved site, to gather information from customers about what they need, until they have the ability to do it on their own. It definitely simplifies my process... the only improvement I would like to have is the ability to reply directly from the app, link the email address to my email provider so I don't have to copy/paste the email to my reply, it would be nice if I could reply directly from the email so that I had record on the email of their request. Otherwise, it's great and the price is reasonable, especially when considering what it has helped me recover in sales.

This app help me for conversion and up sales, but can input some letter. i hope it will update later

The support team response very fast! They are very helpful, I am very appreciated.
But the app translation (Japanese) is quite poor , makes confusion, so I change it to English. I hope the translation get better.

I have started using it right now don't know if it is good or bad but it feels like it is a good app but let see what happens

这个APP 才开始用， 没办法评论其功能，但是他们的客服非常的耐心，快速。 提的问题可以马上得到回复， 到目前为止，体验感还算不错。吐槽一下， 为甚写评论还需要规定字数呢？写评论不是只要把真是使用感写出来就行了吗， 又不是写作文。

Very flexible forms and a good and responsive support team! I've had an issue with deliverability and the team responded within the hour to fix it.
