4 stars because it's not exactly 100% free. But it does work and if you upgrade, you get more stuff. The upgrade price isn't too bad. It may slow down the website load times. Not sure though. It does what it says it does though.

So far so good. I'll update this review as I use the app.
It helps me put free shipping offers the top, But currently it does not work for that Empire Theme.
If it worked for that Empire Theme I would give this five stars.
I love it! Easy to use and works as it should.
