Too early to say if the app will work well for me. Am still in my first 2 days since the app was activated. But I like the features and I feel that they could really encourage people to buy from my site. Hoping my gut fee is right :)

We just recently downloaded the "Free Gifts" app by Secomapp, and it has been nothing but the best experience thus far. The customer service was phenomenal. They were very quick to help with the proper installation of the app and went as far as making sure everything was integrated properly into our store website. Great app. Great features. Great customer service. Best application thus far!
I found it difficult to cancel this app and get in touch with customer support but after I complained with a 1 star rating they were attentive and helpful so upgrading from 1 to 3 stars.
