They have excellent customer service! We have been using the app for about a week now and it is great. It does exactly what we need and says it does. Todd stands by his app and is open to suggestions for improvements. Is quick to help with any issues or questions you may have.

Finally a cost efficient and streamlined store credit app, this app has made our returns process 3 x more efficient by saving us around 2 minutes per credit we issue, and for a store with 10s of thousands of customers this is something we badly needed, if you are still creating individual discount codes as store credits for your customers I would highly suggest this app!

Store credits were a must-have for us to migrate to Shopify, and Fresh Credit delivered just in time.
This is a hassle-free way to give customers store credits instead of a discount code that they can lose or share, without worrying about creating customer groups etc.
Of course, there are some things we'd like to have within Fresh Credit, but I'm confident they will be included in future updates.

I like everything about this App. I would love to see the option to generate reports about the credit status of my customers.

It does just what you want it to do! I wanted to make some minor styling changes and I needed help importing my customers, and Cara was there in a flash to help me out!

This app works well and is constantly getting better. The small dev team is very prudent about responding to any questions you may have. Though there are a few things I wish the app would provide, the team is working very hard with constant improvements on the app. If you actually want good customer service and a well made app I would get this one.

This app really does make it easy for small and start business owners to take care of their customers. We love Fresh Credit! It is so easy to add store credit for returns and customers have no problems finding and applying their store credit when it's time for them to check out! Very simple and easy to use for both sides. Love, love love!
