Fulfillrite Order Fulfillment

After careful research of fulfilment centres, we decided to go for Fulfillrite because of it's great reputation. I can honestly say that all the reviews I read were true. This is hands down the best fulfilment centre I have had the pleasure of using and the service we get on the account is over and above anything one would expect from a shipping company. Special thanks to Joe and the team for the most incredible service and for always going above and beyond to help whenever we have any questions. I wish I could give them more than a 5 star rating because they certainly deserve it.

Fulfillrite is not only an excellent "pick and pack" service center, but the integration with Shopify is flawless. In fact, you don't even see the integration, its all behind the scenes. You'll be contacted by a representative who walks you through the setup and logistics. There are no settings that get added to Shopify but rather a separate web portal to access the Fulfillrite control panel.

So far it's been working great!

I had a bad experience with a small fulfillment company that was incompetent. Then I tried Amazon which was very complicated and hard to get a hold of for customer service. Fulfillrite solved both those problems for me. The customer service is excellent and I have had no complaints on mistakes by any customers. The pricing is very fair. I'm so happy I found them 10/10 would recommend!!

These guys are absolutely phenomenal. They made our fulfillment an absolute breeze. Joe @ Fulfillrite is so helpful, and they ALWAYS get back to me with answers to any and every question I had. We ran a successful Kickstarter campaign that results in a lot of orders that had to be shipped out immediately. Fulfillrite had no problem doing this, and had shipped everything perfectly and extremely fast. Very, very impressed.

Great service and couldn't imagine running our business without it. Offloading fulfillment to Fulfillrite was a high-value decision that allowed our business to grow faster than if we had continued to warehouse and ship ourselves. Game changing.

I am totally satisfied with Fulfillrite! I'm a very detail oriented person so I tend to ask many many questions. Luckily Joe was able to alleviate all of my concerns and helped me from start to finish to get my inventory prepped and ready to go to Fulfillrite. I am coming from Amazon FBA and let me tell you that the customer service at Fulfillrite is top-notch! It's a breath of fresh air to talk to someone that isn't outsourced. I had a terrible time with Amazon Seller support as a seller. I really love the personalized customer service that Fulfillrite provides compared to its competitors. Totally recommend them!

Fulfillright is an awesome fulfillment partner to work with, it is very easy to get started, their services are very reliable (our customers are happy with the delivery), the cost structure is transparent and straightforward, and their customer support is the best - they were always happy to help us and were very prompt to answer all our questions and enquires (and we had a lot of them especially before launching our Kickstarter campaign). Also, very easy integration with Shopify!

Shopify and Fulfillrite work perfectly together. My customers go to our website and order and I have to do nothing. All my orders automatically go straight to Fulfillrite for processing. They work together perfectly with zero problems. I can just focus all my time on building my business and not worry about shipping.
