Merchants appreciate the app for its ease of installation and effectiveness in managing GDPR compliance without disrupting website functionality. The customer support is highlighted as quick, friendly, and diligent in resolving issues. Additionally, the app offers customization options for colors and text, ensuring it integrates well with various website designs, and does not affect page load times.
Support only in English? Fine, then in English! Then we'll use a translation app if that's too much for you. We haven't had any visible conversions in the backend for over a month. Only Shopify found out that this is because of you! Would you please inform us that an update is necessary? !!!! And the support can only be reached via detours, because the popup stubbornly won't go away! We are so annoyed and disappointed! Hopefully we will be contacted immediately. We will not change any codes etc. Why do we pay for your app???????
Let me start of by apologizing for your experience, that is not what we strive to provide our clients of course.
However, I do notice that you were actually helped in German. Missing conversions is certainly undesirable, as this is not a common issue we encounter with our clients we've asked your for access to your store so that our technical team could take a look, which was refused.
We will take your feedback regarding to the update serious, and look into it why for you there was no notification to prompt you to update the app.
