Support only in English? Fine, then in English! Then we'll use a translation app if that's too much for you. We haven't had any visible conversions in the backend for over a month. Only Shopify found out that this is because of you! Would you please inform us that an update is necessary? !!!! And the support can only be reached via detours, because the popup stubbornly won't go away! We are so annoyed and disappointed! Hopefully we will be contacted immediately. We will not change any codes etc. Why do we pay for your app???????
Let me start of by apologizing for your experience, that is not what we strive to provide our clients of course.
However, I do notice that you were actually helped in German. Missing conversions is certainly undesirable, as this is not a common issue we encounter with our clients we've asked your for access to your store so that our technical team could take a look, which was refused.
We will take your feedback regarding to the update serious, and look into it why for you there was no notification to prompt you to update the app.

Support from Veronika - she works for that Cookie-Consent-Tool - is the worst I have ever experienced. I wanted tiny changes in the function of the consent-tool, that most other consent tools offers automatically. We had a few weeks email-contact and it didnt help. Even a developer helped me, but a last change even he couldnt do. Veronika just repeated what she was texting in the emails and recommended that i should ask an external developer.
I will just find another Cookie-Consent-Tool, that and the support behind, cant recommend at all.

As we've communicated per email, what you aimed to achieve within our app might be possible with some Custom CSS (for which you might need to have some web developer expertise) but its not something that we can help you with within our product right now unfortunately.
We've forwarded your feedback internally in order to investigate whether we are able to increase the amount of features our app has in the near future of course.

Just miserable!
First of all, after implementing Shopify Extended Checkout at our Shop Go-Live the app didn't set the cookies probably which made it necessary to engage an agency to bug fix.
As a result, each change in the app resets the cookie settings in standard. So we need to ask the developer each time. Our agency tried to reach out to the customer service but didn't get any answer.
Also now having problems for which I tried to contact via In-App-Support, but after one week there is no answer. I didn't even get an confirmation mail, that my request arrived.
Wir haben GDPR Legal Cookie by iubenda vor einem Jahr installiert und anfangs waren wir zufrieden. Damals hatte wir eine Frage, die schnell vom Support beantwortet wurde. Doch leider hat sich das nach einem Jahr komplett geändert.
Der Seiten-Scan hat gezeigt, dass die Cookies der App nicht korrekt gesetzt werden – was für uns als Betreiber extrem ärgerlich ist. Also habe ich mich an den Support gewandt. Die erste Antwort ließ vier Tage auf sich warten und war leider überhaupt nicht hilfreich. Auf meine Nachfrage nach weiterer Unterstützung warte ich nun seit weiteren vier Tagen ohne eine Antwort.
Das ist kein Service, wie man ihn sich wünscht! Die App wurde daher deinstalliert, denn es gibt definitiv bessere Anbieter auf dem Markt.
after having installed the app my view count was not anymore accurate with a drop of 70% and also sells dropped 80% in one day. after deleting the app still I cannot fix this issue

I'm sorry that you've experienced such a huge drop in views and sales. Even though this is possible, for example due to an incorrect implementation of Google Consent Mode v2 (visits) and perhaps a incompatibility between our app and your checkout/payment/similar provider, it does strike me as very odd that the issue remains after uninstalling our app. Usually that would mean that something else has been causing such issues.

Der Banner funktioniert zwar, aber leider kann man den Tag Manager nicht oder wohl nur mit hervorragenden Programmierkenntnissen so einrichten, dass Tags nach der Einwilligung gefeuert werden (Consent Mode V2). Eine ordentliche Schritt für Schritt Anleitung gibt es auch nirgends. Daher leider nicht zu empfehlen.
Dokumentation (speziell zum Umgang mit Drittanbieter cookies/scripts) leider nicht vorhanden. Die Codebeispiele werden leider auch nicht Dokumentiert, dafür sind die Beispiel Zeilen bei jeder Seite im Quellcode sichtbar!? Edit: Danke für die schnelle Reaktion - ich sende die support Anfrage nochmal von meiner shopify email. Edit2: support gibt jetzt wirklich gas. Finde ich Toll :-) Edit3: Leider fragt die App den User seit neustem mehrmals am Tag!?!
Das ist sehr schade zu lesen. Support ist eines unserer wichtigsten Themen und wie man in praktisch allen anderen Rezensionen lesen kann auch sehr beliebt. Wir konnten kein Ticket zu diesem Shop, Emailadresse oder Namen des Eigentümers in unserem Ticketingsystem finden. App lief drei Jahre ohne Probleme, in dieser Zeit gab es aber auch keine Fragen an den Support. Nachdem unsere Agentur einen Fehler festgestellt hatte verwies und der Shopify Support an den Appanbieter direkt. Auf das erste Ticket wurde ein Tag später reagiert (ohne Lösung sondern nur mit einer Frage die sofort von uns beantwortet wurde), auf die zweite warten wir bis heute (5 Tage), auch ein Nachhaken ergab keine Antwort. App wurde heute gelöscht, wir empfehlen diese APP nicht.
App cannot be used with multiple languages. As soon as the language is changed, the app becomes confusing.
It cannot be used and must be deleted. No help from the developer.
Unfortunately, I can not recommend this plugin.
