GemPages Landing Page Builder

We have been using Gempages for 5 yrs now and so far it has been great. There is a lot you can do with it and we are probably only using a fraction of the available features. We decided to use the free website theme from Shopify and then subscribe to Gempages to customize all the pages to our brand style. The user interface is pretty easy to figure out and if you get yourself into a jam I found that ChatGPT will help answer any questions you will need answered. If need be you can always call upon their customer support. We recently were experiencing a problem with one of the product pages and the customer support team identified the problem and fixed it right away. They were very friendly and helped fix the issue.

GemPages has the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Anytime I have a question, their team responds quickly and helps me solve it right away. I never have to worry about my webpage staying unpublished for long, they always find a solution fast. It’s such a relief to have support I can count on!

GemPages is absolutely outstanding. It only takes 2 - 3 hours to fully learn the platform, and after that the only limit is your creativity. You can recreate virtually any idea, any website, anything what so ever.

The support team is wonderful too, if you have any issues at all - such as needing custom code inputted, help with creating a specific section, technical support, they are there to help. The tech team usually fixes any problem within 1 - 2 hours.

I genuinely cannot believe all this is only $40 AUD a month, it is such a great service for a great price as well.

I'm not a dev and doing the 'programming' thing is like nails on a chalkboard - so what did I do? I asked my VA to help, what else! So after 2 hours (from scratch) - we were able to get a contest funnel setup and running - 3 pages total - from initial tease to 'thank you for submitting'.

now - full disclosure - and the main reason for my review - We got stuck - not knowing the platform well - we had to reach out to support... and THAT's why there's a 5 star from us.

Not only did support identify the issue in minutes - they duplicated our page (with a working correction) - so we could SEE how it was supposed to be and that we could learn from for future needs.

Making the initial sales is easy - Its support that keeps customers... and gempages support not only kept us working - but they trained us as well.

Before buying this product - we compared it against the other big names in the drag/drop funnel creation space... The fact I can create more than 5 product pages without jumping up to 9 gazillion dollars a month, means that Gempages has become a huge part of our plans moving forward.

Great app for building pages on Shopify. I use it for almost every page on my website, including the homepage, funnels, landing pages, product pages etc.

Also, the support they provide is fantastic. If ever I encounter a problem, they are very quick to resolve it.

My experience has been great with GemPages. The page builder is the best available in my option. You can take designs from Figma and import and develop them in GemPages for your Shopify page and they have a TON of different very nice templates for product pages, any type of section you can think of for an ecommerce store, and so much more!

The support team is amazing. Jamie and Annie from GemPages were actually able to solve a loading screen issue that was had us pulling our hair out for weeks! They found that it was an issue with our theme and installed custom code to resolve it. GemPages and their team are the best built for Shopify page builder by far! Amazing. Will continue to use and highly recommend.

The other page built apps in the market are very expensive with limited published pages. I myself just launched my ecommerce with limited budge. I found this app affordable so I gave it a try. I only use the page design feature and it is awesome. It has a very user friendly UI to allow me build product pages and landing pages. A great feature is adding other Shopify app element on the page but not all are supported. I have to switch to another similar app they support. Luckily that app is better than my previously used one lol! Their support team is patient and very responsive. They solve problems fast!

i dont usually write reviews but today i thought i should because i have using GemPages for over a year now and it has helped my business website launch time a lot. Easier drag and drop function than shopify, preloaded templates and ability to preload images are some of the best functions of a website builder app you can ever want which you get in this app for free. I dont think i will ever stop using GemPages, keep growing GemPages...

My skill level is fairly low. It isn't easy at first, that's for sure, but what you can achieve on this app for the price is impressive. I must do some training as I bother the helpdesk every day trying to work stuff out! They are always extremely helpful and knowledgeable, there isn't anything they haven't been able to fix.
