I was so impressed that Marc from GemPages shared a screen with me via ZOOM and taught me so much about the app. I highly recommend GemPages as an app for design to tie to Shopify. Incredible customer service. Easy to use. AND I have to add to this because I just had another Zoom call with Marc and I cannot rave enough about GemPages service. It's a must have creative theme app.
I can't code but I can use gempages. Learning the system wasn't that bad. They have very good support and once you learn the basics, you get going pretty fast.
Great app. Quick help is the plus
GemPages is one of the best page builders for Shopify in my opinion. It has a bunch of useful premade elements, but I really love how flexible it is - particularly if you want to play around with CSS, HTML, liquid etc.
Mona gave such excellent service and solutions. I communicated the issue with screenshots, and she understood right away what needed to be done by fixing the code for me, following through on the results, and offering solutions that I didn't even hope to get fixed. She also sent fun gifs and emojis, which made the overall interaction fun and pleasant. Thanks Mona!
This app has a bit of a learning curve but the customer service is phenomenal. If there is something I can't do or have trouble with, someone at Gempages always is happy to help! Special thank you to Leo for her help recently. Highly recommend this app if you are looking to make interesting and aesthetic customizations to your web store without hiring a Shopify Expert.

Just what we were looking for. This app is great for making big changes to site design that would normally require a developer. It's also very easy/intuitive to use. Customer support was extremely helpful when we needed a custom change made. Highly recommend.

Support is fast, efficient and courteous. Most of all, I love the freedom of being able to design my own site the way I want. I can test and tweak to enhance the visitor experience without having to rely on a developer. Gempages is super easy and intuitive.
Really helpful for creating customized pages - simple to use layouts and integrations have been pretty easy. A few challenges integrating different apps so they play nicely together and when brought to their support they are reasonably quick to get back and find resolutions to any of the problems I've encountered. Happy with it overall and the support. Thank you
