If I could give more than 5 starts, I would. The app itself works great and I have been able to accomplish all the design for my website. Thanks to exceptional support!!! They have help me on a number occasion going out of their way to make sure, I could accomplish my tasks. Even adding in CSS code for me.
Been using GemPages for almost a year now I believe. Fantastic and easy to use. Customer service is great too.
First of all, the app is super easy to use and more powerful than some other similar product that I have used. In this app, there is a high degree of freedom in designing web pages. And I find it very useful to a merchant like us who already has a systematic website design that when creating a new page, we have to keep it looking good whilst being consistent with the whole. Besides the APP itself, live chat support is super responsive and helpful. When we ran into customization that we can pull out, Ken and the team helped us with the code issue and achieved the effect that we need. So, really good work there. Also I have a suggestion that when different elements are stacked and nested on top of each other, often the smaller elements inside will be hard to select and edit (because they are obscured). This is only a small problem, and I have found a solution. But if there can be some optimization, the app will definitely become better. In all it's a really great tool to help our store, it deserves a 5 stars.

Good builder which could be better in the future.
gempages is already quite a good builder for casuals - but to be really a builder for everything it needs something like a pro mode with more setting, a tree control at the right side and better animation capabilities. If you want to be the best there is for shopify - look at something like Oxygen builer or bricks builder. If you could achieve something like that - that would be turely awesome and innovative for shopify as a platform

Support was responsive. I had a problem with an image slider carousel causing issues with Google Page Speed's "Cumulative Layout Shift" score, and I reached out to them about it. Ultimately, I figured out a quick & dirty CSS modification that fixed the problem without them needing to make code changes to the product, but it was quite helpful just to have someone else on the other side to chat about the issue and offer to have the devs look into it further (which as it turns out I didn't need) Thanks, Tony and Kenny!
Excellent support. Even on weekends! Staff provides very detailed replies and easy to follow video clips.
Have tested several tools/apps by now and this is one is by far the best one. You can easly build a landing page or improve your shopify website with the templates the app already provides. Addtl. it has a lot of features for advanced folks. On top of that i had a couple of questions and the customer service is just on top of things so highly recommend the app!
