I needed help setting up my landing page, and their team was super quick and kind. They didn’t just send me a link and leave — they actually showed me step by step what to do.

I’m not a tech expert, so it really meant a lot that they took the time to explain everything clearly. Now my page looks great and works just how I wanted.

The customer service is truly outstanding — they’re always there to guide me through every step whenever I need support. The platform is also super user-friendly, especially for smaller brands with limited resources.

A designer and developer would easily charge thousands for a setup like this, so I really appreciate having access to such high-quality templates and support.

I’ve tried other platforms like PageFly, Shogun, but nothing like GemPages comes close to the value and flexibility this offers. Highly recommend!

I'm not a dev and doing the 'programming' thing is like nails on a chalkboard - so what did I do? I asked my VA to help, what else! So after 2 hours (from scratch) - we were able to get a contest funnel setup and running - 3 pages total - from initial tease to 'thank you for submitting'.

now - full disclosure - and the main reason for my review - We got stuck - not knowing the platform well - we had to reach out to support... and THAT's why there's a 5 star from us.

Not only did support identify the issue in minutes - they duplicated our page (with a working correction) - so we could SEE how it was supposed to be and that we could learn from for future needs.

Making the initial sales is easy - Its support that keeps customers... and gempages support not only kept us working - but they trained us as well.

Before buying this product - we compared it against the other big names in the drag/drop funnel creation space... The fact I can create more than 5 product pages without jumping up to 9 gazillion dollars a month, means that Gempages has become a huge part of our plans moving forward.

Great app for building pages on Shopify. I use it for almost every page on my website, including the homepage, funnels, landing pages, product pages etc.

Also, the support they provide is fantastic. If ever I encounter a problem, they are very quick to resolve it.

Gempages works flawelessly. It's fast and not buggy at all unlike other page builders. Also their support is top notch and fast. I had an issue because of a translation app that was interfering with the functions and they fixed it for me! Also they created a custom product selection design to match our front end store, overnight and free of charge. Amazing

I rarely write reviews, but I had to take a moment to shout out Sinclair from the GemPages support team. Not only was he incredibly fast to respond, but he also went above and beyond to help me solve a page design issue that was stressing me out. Sinclair was super friendly, patient, and knowledgeable — he walked me through everything step-by-step until it was perfect.

It’s clear that GemPages cares about their users, and support like this makes all the difference. The app itself is powerful and flexible, but having a support team like Sinclair behind it gives you real peace of mind. Highly recommend both the tool and the team.

App is great, but would like to have some native features like in sales funnel, showing/not showing an upsell page conditionally if the user has already bought the upsell product, feature to add an order bump product, etc. built into it.
