I've been using GemPages for the past 6 months. We migrated our site from Wordpress to Shopify and had to completely rebuild the site. It was a big job, but it was a pleasant job as soon as we started using GemPages.

This app doesn't have ever feature that you could ever want, but it has almost every feature. The Shopify page builder is a joke compared to what you can do with GemPages. And above all, the customer support is top notch. They are extremely responsive and extremely helpful. I can't recommend this app enough.

Great app to design your website in a very easy and efficient way. Not everything is possible and you'll probably have sometime to pass through Shopify directly or through another app, but overall, in order to design your web pages, it is very very useful and very easy to have great results.
Also, the support is great as long as you choose at least the "mid range" subscription which is I think the best one.
Just try it at least for one or two weeks and you'll probably keep it for your project.

GemPages is an amazing tool for creatives like me that wants to design everything by themselves! Highly recommended!

Really impressed with this app - it has great functionality. Also it has a top notch support team who have responded to my many questions with positivity and a can-do attitude.

I'm currently in the build out phase of my store, which I used the Shopify theme to design all of my pages, but something was missing, my site appeared boring and uneventful to me. It was not the way I wanted to present my launch, nor represent my brand. I had seen this app and didn't initially want to pay for the service. So here it is right before a soft launch, with tons of other task to complete, I decided to install the app and check it out for the 7 day trial. I downloaded an app prior to this one for the same intended purpose, but because of the difficulty it presented with my time frame, I felt that it wasn't for me, and uninstalled it.

I'm in the process of recreating my Home Page, and my store came alive. It looks professionally done! One of the elements that stuck out to me, and there are many, but the fact that instead of everything being confined to the center of the page with space on both sides was not desirable. My site now spans across the whole page! The generic look is gone!!

I must speak of the customer service. I installed this app about 12 am, immediately there was a rep on the chat to assist with any issues that I had during the initial installation as well as to answer any questions with regards to use of the designing modules. I sent a chat later in the morning and they may have been gone, but in a timely fashion, I received an email addressing all of my concerns that I left in the chat. So this evening when I logged in, guess who was there, one of their awesome team members, sending me a request to enter the admin of my site to walk me through some of the questions I asked.

I'm not a smoke blower! They really have an awesome product as well as an awesome team! Response time was on point. If your building out a store, I'm sure you know how important response time is especially when revising your entire store:)! I will update my post after launch and update my review as to how everything performs, etc... I read reviews to make a partially informed decision when selecting a product, I hope this one helps you!
