I admit, its a little hard to understand at first but they've build the most amazing PAGE BUILDER for SHOPIFY so far. Many things that i thought have been bugs are really related to settings and understanding. My biggest issue was the responsive design which made certain element disappear and not look nice on mobile. Little talk with the Wizards and hey i can control every element one by one and ensure excellent display no matter which device. Once you get the hang its really easy and you can create wonderful looking pages. WAY TO GO ... thanks guys and continue this way

Really easy to use app and great customization options. Any problem or query has been quickly resolved from the team. Would recommend.

Edit - after using this app for many months i have seen new features added and Gempages have still maintained there quick problem solving and helping out if ever anything comes up I'm not sure with! - Would still recommend using this app for great customization

All software has issues, and this software is no different. However it IS very easy to use and intuitive for non-developers. But as other reviewers have mentioned, the real reason people like this software is because of the awesome support. Chris is VERY responsive, extremely helpful and pleasant and because of this, any issues that crop up are fixed and resolved very quickly. Most Shopify website owners are busy running their businesses and their lives, so ease-of-use and customer support is everything, and Chris is fantastic at that.

It did not take me long to install GemPages, but I could see that it was easy to use for everyone.

Especially for beginners.

Of course I had questions to ask them and I saw that he was super responsive and very dynamic.

It's a great app to build product pages, I can do all custom designs for different elements, so it can meet our requirements.
BTW, Customer Service is good, but can respond quicker.
