I've redesigned my entire shop using GemPages, which was completely new to me as I only have some Photoshop skills. The entire team, including Mona, Harry, Dzung, and Elisabeth, supported me with any ideas I had. They assisted me with everything from solving simple issues to handling custom coding requests and helping with 3rd-party tool integration. This is a one-stop solution I've never seen before in this business. The customer service is exceptionally fast, friendly, and professional and deserves a solid 5-star rating. i really like gem pages app as there's bench of amazing features that will help you increase your conversion rate such as the ability to create beautiful landing pages and the thing that i like the most is the customer service performance the agent working in there helped me fix all the issues and bugs that I've faced so far and i would like to thank Morgen that helped me install clarity on Gempages and track all the customers movement .
GemPages was life changing for me- I used to hate building shopify stores because it was so difficult. This app made building a new shop so easy-the app is super intuitive and any time I ran into issues, their support team jumped in right away to help. Cannot recommend them enough :)

Gempages is my favorite because it is so easy to navigate even though they don't have features like the other page builders that I tried before. There is a chat on the bottom right of the page, and customer support will always help and be honest about what is going on. It was truly an amazing experience.

This is the best shopify app I've ever used. Great UI and is very easy to use. But the best part is the customer service, they response very quickly at basically any time. Compare to other app, it will take at least 24 hours to solve a simple problem. Keep the great work gempage!
I contacted 3 of the top page builder apps to enquire about a specific function. Despite none of them being able to support the function, Celine from GemPages was the only one that assisted me and found an alternative way to achieve my desired outcome. Thank you Celine. I'm highly likely to use GemPages in the future.
