GemPages Landing Page Builder

I always look for more to do with my website and want to have lots of freedom and creativity when I edit my website. This app lets me do that perfectly and I prefer it to any website builder out there. They also have very good customer service. Tina was especially helpful in helping me set up and link multiple collection pages. I definitely recommend to anyone who wants the best for their website.

i had a slight issue with some images displaying on my store,
i decided to hit the chat button down the bottom and try and ask for help,
the support staff within minutes responded, had a look, they needed to dig deeper, then a short few minutes later they responded with a fixed version,
i randomly said if you see any thing else on the page that they could see could need a touch up, thinking i would be told something generic like not our job, they had a look and came back to me with a couple of tweaks i missed and ideas to think about, 100% happy with gempages if this is the support offered

I cannot complain about Gempages´suppor team, they have always been so nice to me when I´ve needed their help to create some complex stuff. Regarding the platform, I´me very satisfied with the landing pages that I have been capable of building with the tools and features it has.

I had this app 4 years ago and ended up removing it as I wasn't able to figure things out and wasn't really making enough sales to justify paying for the app. However, I am now able to justify the costs and am in need of customizing more pages and have more experience in building pages. I just reinstalled them and am really impressed with how far they have come since I first gave them a try. Not to mention how impressive their customer service is. They are extremely helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. I will be keeping the app this time around and utilizing you know what out of it! Definitely an app I recommend.

If I could, I would give 100 stars. The app functionality is beyond the question, it functions perfectly, but what knocked my socks off is the customer service. I was installing a thrid party app into the Gem Pages and because the app was updated the developers still haven't integrated it into Gem Pages so it couldn't function at all. Keep in mind that this was not Gem Pages fault or their job to fix but within 5 minutes of contacting them, they created a collaboration and edited code in my theme + added custom app settings so I can use the edited code on other product pages as well. In addition to that, so polite and friendly which makes me now a customer for life.

The team at gempages are awesome, especially Bella, she's so helpful :) Bella was working with me for hours, helping me setup custom code and elements that i needed that I couldn't figure out myself! I'm new to website development and she's helped me every step of the way! The support is top notch from these guys! Highly recommend!!!

This app has fantastic features with an expert and friendly team. Daniel from the support staff was able to quickly help me resolve a couple of major issues that we were facing in our store. In a matter of minutes, Daniel gave me updates as to the in-depth solutions that were implemented, keeping me in the loop the whole time. The whole experience here at GemPages for me has been an absolutely amazing one thus far, and I couldn't recommend it more to anyone trying to elevate their Shopify store.

This app is fantastic and easy to use . It's for everyone you don't need to be an expert. The support team is always helpful
