I had a pressing issue and an unwavering support rep in Leo. Leo stuck with me and persisted including sending me screenshots and a loom video on how to exactly fix my problem. Awesome super fast support response time. Leo never left me hanging and saw through the fix.

GemPages is the ABSOLUTE best page builder!!! I tried two other page builders, Zipify and Shogun and GemPages is by far the best. They provide the best support I have ever gotten. I received help almost instantly at 2 AM on a few different occasions! Got FREE help with custom coding. The best part is you can build a page EXACTLY how you want it to be for desktops, laptops, tablets, and mobiles. Build product pages for one product or default for all of your products. They definitely put a lot of thought into every feature on this app.
I would recommend for anyone wanting to customize your store's pages!

I have tried every page builder on the Shopify market and I have to say that this is by far the cleanest, easiest and most user-friendly builder I have used yet! The support has been PHENOMENAL which is extremely rare to find in most apps (personal experiences) I highly recommend trying this page builder, especially with all the features to come!
This is a very helpful and easy to understand app, it has necessary instruments to fastly build a page/template for your store and customize it. It is more flexible than concurrent apps.
About support, I had some questions that were answered with the speed of light and I am very thankfull for that.
